Pre-requisites There are no pre-requisites for this workshop. Familiarity with IT terminology and IT related work experience is recommended. Exam & Certification This course prepares participants for the examination leading to the Information Technology Management & Leadership Professional (ITMLP®) certification. The exam is conducted in the ITML Institute learning management system. The exam consists of 75 questions, 50 multiple-choice and 25 short-answer questions This is an open book, open notes exam and can be completed in one or multiple sessions. A pass mark of 70% is required to achieve the certification.  The exam takes between 3-4 hours to complete, there is no time limit, nor is the exam timed.  This course provides 21 Professional Development Units (PDU’s) Course Materials This course comes with access to ITML Institute’s official training e-materials.
